This handkerchief was carried by W.C. Wyatt of Alabama while he was in the Gid Nelson Light Artillery. He was wounded during the battles around Atlanta and unfit for service following the wound, which resulted in loss of one of his legs. Measures 25 x 31 inches. 100% Cotton. Original is in the collection of the Museum of the Confederacy.
Wash cold and line dry prior to use.
