The Central Pennsylvania edition bears the imprint of Samuel H. Buehler's Book and Drug which was located in the first block of Chambersburg Street in Gettysburg in 1863.

This reprint is full of patent medicine information.
 Albert Baker was a Cincinnati, Ohio physician in the 1840's & 50's who marketed "Dr. Baker's Pain Panacea" and gave Amon Scovil sole agency for his compounded medicines. 
Together they produced Farmers and Mechanics Almanacs for many areas of the United States, many of which survive today.
